Cinema rules

The essentials for a smooth visit. A few details below are still being finalised — we've marked those clearly.

1. Your ticket

   Show the QR code from your e-ticket — emailed to you, or under My Tickets if you're signed in — at the door. It scans any time from 30 minutes before your showing starts until it ends.

2. Refunds & changes

   Refunds and ticket changes go through our cinema staff — it isn't a self-service option on the website yet.

3. Age ratings To be confirmed

   Every film shows its age rating on its listing — please check it before booking for younger viewers.

4. Inside the hall To be confirmed

   Our house rules for outside food and drink, phones and recording during the film.

5. Safety To be confirmed

   Our safety and evacuation guidance for each venue.
