Frequently asked questions
Booking, seats, payment and tickets — the questions we hear most.
How do I book a ticket?
Online: pick a film, a cinema and a showtime, choose your seats on the real hall map, add snacks if you like, and pay by card. You can also book at any cinema's box office.
How long do you hold my seats?
Once you continue past seat selection, we hold your seats for 10 minutes while you complete payment. If the 10 minutes run out before you pay, the seats are released and you'll need to choose again.
How can I pay?
By card, through AzeriCard's secure 3-D Secure checkout.
Where do I get my ticket?
We email it to you as a PDF with a QR code the moment payment is confirmed. If you're signed in, it's also under My Tickets in your account.
What do I show at the door?
The QR code from your e-ticket. It scans any time from 30 minutes before your showing starts until it ends.
What if I arrive late?
Your ticket's QR code still works until the showing ends, so you can still get in — though you'll miss whatever already played. For the best seat and the full film, we'd still recommend arriving before showtime.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds and changes are handled by our cinema staff rather than self-service online today — get in touch and we'll help. The exact refund window and any conditions are still being finalised.
What formats do you show in?
2D everywhere, plus 3D, IMAX and 4DX depending on the film and the hall — check a showing's listing for what's available.
What ticket types can I choose?
Adult, Child and Student — pick the right one for each seat when you book.
Do I need an account to book?
No — you can check out as a guest with just an email address. If that email already has an account, we'll ask you to sign in instead, so your tickets stay together in one place.
My payment failed — was I charged?
No. If your card is declined, the payment fails, or your booking expires before you pay, you are not charged.
